Terms & Rules

These terms and rules keep giveaways fair and safe for everyone. Creating an account or entering a giveaway means you accept them. They work together with our Privacy Policy. Last updated: September 2026.

No purchase necessary

No purchase is ever necessary to enter or win. Entries use free tickets. Buying an optional support plan does not increase your tickets or your chance of winning, and is not required to participate.

Eligibility — 18+

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account and enter giveaways. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed. If a specific prize legally requires a higher age, that age applies.

Where you can enter

Giveaways are void where prohibited by law. You are responsible for making sure entering and receiving a prize is legal where you live. Some prizes (for example region-locked codes) may only work in certain regions — this is noted on the giveaway where it applies. We may restrict entry from regions where we cannot lawfully operate.

Free to enter

Participation is free. Tickets are earned only through free activities and cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money. Tickets have no monetary value.

Support plans

Optional paid support plans change only the number of ads a user sees. They do not grant any advantage in draws.

Draws

Each giveaway has a fixed ticket capacity that defines the odds. Winners are selected by a provably-fair method: a hash is published before entries open and the seed is revealed after so results can be verified.

Prizes, claiming & taxes

Prizes are goods or digital codes and are not exchangeable for cash or transferable unless we say so. Winners may be asked to verify their account before delivery. You must claim your prize within the window shown for each giveaway; unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and, at our discretion, re-drawn. Any taxes, duties, wallet fees, or other costs relating to receiving a prize are the winner's responsibility. We are not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or made unusable by a third party (for example a region-locked code or a manufacturer defect); where a third-party warranty applies, it is between you and that provider.

Community rules — fair play

To keep draws fair for everyone, by using GiveawayHub you agree that:

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to farm tickets, referrals, or entries is not allowed. We use device and IP checks to detect this, and duplicate accounts (and their tickets) may be removed and banned.
• No cheating the reward system. Bots, scripts, fake follows/referrals, or any automated abuse of tasks, check-ins, quizzes, or the referral program will result in a ban and loss of tickets.
• Real signups only. Referral and creator rewards are released after email or Discord verification specifically to stop fake-account farming.
• Respect others. Impersonating staff, creators, or the site, and any harassment or fraud, leads to a permanent ban.
• Prizes for winners. Winners may be asked to verify their identity/account before a prize is delivered. We reserve the right to withhold prizes from accounts that break these rules.

Account suspension & freezing

To protect fairness we may freeze an account (pausing entries and item use) while we review unusual activity, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules — removing tickets, items, and entries obtained through abuse. If your account is frozen by mistake, contact support and we'll review it.

Brands & trademarks

GiveawayHub is an independent platform. Product names, brands, logos, and trademarks shown on prizes belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the prize. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand featured in a giveaway.

Availability & changes

We provide the site "as is" and may add, change, pause, or remove features, giveaways, tickets, or items at any time — including to fix errors or abuse. We may update these Terms; material changes take effect when posted here, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiveawayHub and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to re-running an affected draw or replacing an affected prize where reasonable. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the competent Egyptian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
